Take a mixing bowl add maida salt, ajwain, 2 tsp of oil add water and knead the dough rest for 20 mins.

Heat a pan put 2 tsp of oil jeera green chillies ginger paste stir it then add smashed potatoes turmeric powder, red chilli powder,garam masala, lemon juice, salt, sugar mix it well then cool it.

From the dough make big roti but 3 or 4 tbsp of potatoes filling and cover it roast the Paratha by adding ghee on both sides till it cooks serve it with curd.
