Soya Cutlets
Steps

Keep the soya chunks in boiling water for 15 mins. Then remove and squeeze out the water.

Add soya chunks in a grinder along with ginger and green chillies. Remove in a bowl.

Add all masalas and chopped coriander. Add chopped onion and chopped green chillies.

Add mashed boiled potatoes and add salt and chaat masala. Add besan and mix well.

Make small cutlets.

Keep the oil for frying. As the oil gets hot fry the cutlets on medium flame till nice golden in colour.

Serve heat with chutney or ketchup.
