Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgmutton chops
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsppapaya paste
  • 1 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 cupgram flour
  • Oil for frying
  • 3 glasswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pot put mutton chops add all spices and ginger garlic paste and papaya paste

  2. 2

    Than add water and cover with lid for boiling

  3. 3

    When chops get cooked take out

  4. 4

    Make a paste of gram flour paste with salt and water

  5. 5

    Dip chops one by one it and deep fry it serve it
