Peel,wash and grate carrots

Heat Up heavy bottom pan and boil milk

Add carrot and let it cook on slow flame

Add sugar and let all the liquid is evaporated add ghee and keep on stirring for 5 mins

Halwa is ready garnish it with kaju or other dry fruits and enjoy
