Ingredients

4medium size mooli grated
1/2 bowlCoriander leaves finely chopped
2 bowlwheat flour
1/2 bowlbesan
1 tsp Ajwain
2green chilli chopped finely
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric Powder
2 tsp kasuri methi
2 tsp roasted jeera powder
To tasteSalt
As neededOil

Steps

1

Mix flours and masalas, coriander leaves, kasuri methi,salt mix properly.

Add grated mooli mix with hands knead it, no need to add water mooli leaves water,make dough.

Make balls and roll paratha roast both sides applying oil. Serve hot.
