Stuffed Green Chilies

Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, as it starts crackling add chickpea flour, turmeric, red chili powder and keep cooking it on a low flame for around 10 minutes or until the flour changes colour and is fragrant. Turn off the flame and let it cool completely.
Mix the flour mixture, mince and other spices together.
Slit the green chilies and sprinkle salt in & out of it. Stuff them with the mince mixture and fry on a non stick pan till golden from all sides.
Serve with roti & enjoy.
