Mix all the ingredients for making dough except water and knead a soft dough by adding water slowly. Cover with wet cloth and rest for 10 minutes.

Make small balls of dough.

Grate radish and chop it's leaves.

Add green chilli and all dry masale.

Mix it very well.

Roll a chapati with the help of rolling pin. Place a portion of radish filling over it and cover it's edges.

Roll paratha.

Heat a griddle and place paratha on it and roast. Flip the side.

Apply cooking oil and roast till done.

Serve hot with Raita.
