Wash and peel cut tinda into cubes cut gawar into small pieces green chilli.

Heat oil and add heeng and cumin seeds now add the tinda and stir fry cook for 3-4 mints then add gavar to it stir and mix onion tomato paste add dry spices mix well.

Cook all till the sabzi leaves oil from sides.
