Steps

Add water in wok thn add cardamom and sugar cook until sugar mixed or become some thick.

Cook for 5 mints add sugar mix it well thn add crushed almonds, pistachio, coconut and cook for 2 mnts.

Turn off flame. Serve in bowl. Can sprinkle again crushed dry fruits but am not used.

Add half dry fruits in shera, turn of flame

Take separate wok put oil, add suji and cook until colr chnge thn add prepared shera in Suji,and cover with lid.

Remove the lid after 20 seconds mix it well, cook on low flame until water desolve, and cook until halwa look.

Turn off the flame, dish out in serving plate or bowl, decorate with desired dry fruits.

Serve it enjoy it... 😋
