Heat oil in a pan add ginger - garlic and chopped veggies saute for 2-3 minutes.

Now add salt, black pepper, soya sauce, tomato sauce and sezwaan sauce, mix well.

Then add water and let it boil for 7-8 minutes on low midium heat.

Now add dissolved cornflour and mix well another cook for 2-3 minutes.

Turn off the flame and serve hot. You can add fried noodles.
