  1. 1 bowlwheat flour
  2. 2 cupsPalak finely chopped
  3. 1 tbspgreen chillies ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 cupcoriander leaves finely chopped
  5. 1 tspgaram masala
  6. 1 tspchat masala
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. as neededOil
  9. 1 tspajwain crushed
  10. 1boiled potatoes smashed
  11. 1 cuppeas

  1. 1

    Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour and all ingredients, two tbsp of oil, salt, knead the dough with the water let the dough rest for 10 mins.

    Make the balls and from that make paratha and roast the Paratha with oil both sides and serve it with curd and chutney.
