Knead besan, salt, turmeric powder, curd, garam masala and oil into a stiff dough and leave it covered

Make cylinders with dough and steam them.

When cool cut them into discs and fry them.

Heat up the pan and put oil.

Add asafoetida, cumin then curd paste mix with red chilli, besan and water and let it boil.

Add salt and cook on low flame.

Add onion, capsicum, fried gattas and adjust the consistency.

Garnish with coriander and enjoy.
