Take flour in paraat. Add salt sesame seeds and carom seeds. Now make three parts.

Now blanch spinach for 1 min and churn to make puree add curd and puree in one part and knead a tight dough.

Now add 1/4cup water in beetroot churn and make puree. Add in another one part add oil and knead a tight dough.

Now in the third part add turmeric powder and oil. Knead dough like paratha. All three dough is ready.

For stuffing:- Grate paneer add chopped spring onion chaat masala salt, kitchen king masala, dry mango powder. Mix well.

Now take all three dough together and make a roll. And cut into pieces. As shown in fig.

Take one piece and roll. Stuff paneer masala and seal properly. Roll like paratha and roast on tawa with butter. Serve hot. With butter. Sprinkle chaat masala.Tasty Attractive paratha is ready to serve.
