Ingredients

  1. 1 cupragi flour / finger millet flour
  2. 2 cupsblanched and puréed spinach
  3. 1 tspcumin seeds
  4. 1 tspGinger and green chilli paste
  5. to tastesalt
  6. as requiredhot water to knead

Cooking Instructions

    Clean and wash spinach nicely
    Boil and blanch it
    Purée it in a blender.

    Take all the ingredients(except water), in a big bowl to knead a dough. Use hot water as required.

    Heat up a non-stick tawa
    Pinch dough and make ball
    Roll it carefully (I do it between my palms only)

  4. 4

    Place it on hot tawa (I have used Star shape cutter)
    Let it cook, can apply ghee too like Parantha.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with any curry of your choice or give it in the lunch box to kids like this only.
