Knead maida into a fine dough. Rest it for at least 45 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare aloo matar ki sabzi. Parboil peas and potatoes. Drizzle oil in pan. Put the peas and potatoes. Add turmeric powder and salt to taste. Saute well. Sabzi is ready.

Now make small balls from the dough.

Roll ball into roti. Make it thin as much possible.

Now fold the roti into pleats. Fold it.

Now fold this pleat into spiral ball.

Again rest it for 10-15 minutes.

Roll them into flat bread.

Brush ghee or oil in pan. Fry them.

Flip it to fry both sides.

Prepare parathas. Serve with aloo matar ki sabzi.
