Wash and soak the dal and rice in 2 hours of water. Then grind them finely by adding less water.

Add chopped onions, green chilies curry leaves cumin seeds and hing into the ground mixture and whisk the paste very well.

Now heat the oil in the pan, when the oil is well heated, fill 4-5 ladle batter, put in the pan and keep the flame low and put a small glass filled with water in the center of the batter. Now cover the plate and let it cook.

After 5 mints, take out the glass of water. Cover again and cook the roti for about 10 mints.

When cooked roti from below, then flip it again over it and allow to cook for 5 minutes. Take it out in a plate and cut it into pieces and eat it with your favorite chutney or sauce. If you want to eat like this, it is an excellent taste..
