Gajjar ka halwa

Steps

In a pan add in carrots and milk and cook till milk is almost dried up. This process takes approximately 30 minutes.

Next add in sugar - it will release it's water and further cook the halwa till it dries.

Now add ghee and start bhoonofying it till the oil finally comes on top- it will take 15 to 20 mins.

Finally add nido and ellachi powder along with sliced almonds and continue to bhoonofy for 10 more minutes.

Make sure you dont leave halwa at this stage otherwise it can burn.
