Chinese fried rice 1

Wash and cook the rice until almost done. Rince with cold water to stop further softening then leave in a strainer

Make scrambled egg, chop up all the vegetables and slice the spring onions thinly. Also, the chicken breast should be seasoned, cooked and shredded. Everything should be kept aside in separate plates.

In a wok or big frying pan, put a tablespoon or two of groundnut oil then take a small portion of the rice and pour in d pan, a small portion of all the things u kept (apart from the spring onions) put one cube of maggi and be stir frying. Continue the process until all the ingredients and rice is finished.

So make sure if you divide the rice into 3 or 4, you will divide the other ingredients into 3 or 4 as well before you start. Just make a partition on the plate they are on. When you finish each one, put in a food warmer then when you finish it all, sprinkle the spring onion and cover the warmer till when you want to serve. Serve with some sauce or stew but it can be eaten as it is.
