2large potatoes
3 tbspachari paste
3 cupsoil fr deep frying

Knead maida with salt and oregano

In another bowl mash potato and add achari paste

Now make a square shape from maida pour filling over

Fold in mat form from maida

Keep in freezer fr 30 minutes fr set

Now deep fry and serve hot
