Soak chana dal for 2hrs and prseeure cook in a low flame till 4 whistle

Grind grated coconut using little water... grind boiled chana dal without water
- 3
In a kadhai add coconut paste, chana dal paste and sugar mix well
- 4
Keep stiring till water absorbs then add cardamom powder and ghee and cook and keep stiring till it leaves it's sides.. once done switch off the flame..

In a greased pan transfer the chana dal and flatten it let it cool then cut into pieces and serve..
