Tamarind Juice
Tamarind is natural, healthy and easy to prepare.
Cooking Instructions

Wash your tamarind and add it into a pot, put water above the level of the tamarind, add little amount of cinnamon and cloves, and allow it to cook for 15 minutes.

Sieve it and put aside to cool. Sieve your grated or grinded ginger inside the tamarind Juice, add flavor of your choice (I use poster clerk pineapple) and add sugar to taste.

Put some ice cubes if you can't refrigerate it and cut some slices of lemon inside. ENJOY.....
