  • Tomatoes
  • Pepper
  • Spring onions
  • Vegetable oil
  • cubesSeasoning
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and wash the yam into desired size and shape

    Put it in the cooking put, add a little, sprinkle a little salt and allow to cook

    Cut the tomato into desired sizes

    Cut the pepper into desired sizes

    Cut the spring onions as desired

    Put a small non stick frying pan on the fire and put small amount of vegetation oil into it.

  7. 7

    When the oil is hot enough, put the onion into the no it and fry

  8. 8

    Add the pepper, tomatoes salt to salt and the seasoning cubes all to taste

  9. 9

    Allow it to fry for a couple of minutes

  10. 10

    Break the eggs into it without whisking and allow to cook for a few minutes

  11. 11

    Now your sauce is ready

    It can be eaten with several things like bread, rice or even yam as in my case
