Ingredients

  • 3potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 3tomato pureed
  • 1 tspginger-chilli paste
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tspcoriander leaves
  • to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add oil and ginger-chilli paste and saute well. Then add tomatoes puree and cook for two minutes. Then add all spices and mix it. Add potatoes and coriander leaves and cook for five minutes at medium flame. Serve hot with dal and chapati.
