Steps

Clean and soak saperatly, rice and fenugreek in water over night or 4 hours.

Grind fenugreek, rice with coconut, nice paste.

Pour on vessel and close lid, leave for over night or 8 hours.

Add salt and Jaggery, mix nicely. Dosa batter is ready.

Heat the tawa, pour some batter, add ghee, close the lid and cook both sides.

Fenugreek sweet dosa ready. Serve with pickle or chutney.
