Ingredients

  • 250 gmshariyali mava
  • 100 gmspaneer
  • 1 tspmilk powder
  • 2 tbspmaida
  • 2 tbspmilk for binding dough
  • For Sugar syrup
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 2 cupswater
  • 3-4saffron threads
  • 1 tspCardamom powder
  • 2 tspAlmonds chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a one bowl add hariyali mava, mash paneer mix it well.

  2. 2

    Then add milk powder, maida.

  3. 3

    And add milk and make soft dough without crack.

  4. 4

    Then ON the other side make a sugar syrup with 1 thread add cardamom powder and saffron and make a proper sugar syrup.

  5. 5

    And take a gulab jamun mixture and make small balls make hole and add chopped almonds and cover and again make balls.

  6. 6

    Take a fry pan add oil and heat on medium gas.

  7. 7

    Fry the balls.looks brown remove on gas. One by one fry all balls.

  8. 8

    Add in syrup and let it soak.

  9. 9

    Then serve and garnish with chopped almonds.
