Daliya Soup
Cooking Instructions

Boil broken wheat with tomatoes
Just for two whistles. - 2
Take olive oil in a pan and saute all the veggies just for 4-5 minutes
Don't cook too much so that veggies don't loose their crunch. - 3
When daliya mixture cools down just blend in a mixer for a few seconds to mash tomatoes.

Don't do too much otherwise it'll become mushy and thick.

Now add this mixture to the vegetable pan and boil for 5-7 minutes.

Soup is ready
Garnish with coriander leaves
