Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupBroken wheat
  2. 2Tomatoes chopped
  3. 1Carrot finely chopped
  4. 1/4 cupCorn kernels
  5. 3-4Mushroom finely chopped
  6. as neededCoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Boil broken wheat with tomatoes
    Just for two whistles.

    Take olive oil in a pan and saute all the veggies just for 4-5 minutes
    Don't cook too much so that veggies don't loose their crunch.

    When daliya mixture cools down just blend in a mixer for a few seconds to mash tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Don't do too much otherwise it'll become mushy and thick.

  5. 5

    Now add this mixture to the vegetable pan and boil for 5-7 minutes.

  6. 6

    Soup is ready
    Garnish with coriander leaves
