Veggies soup
Steps

Heat butter in a pan add ginger - garlic saute for few seconds.

Then add all chopped veggies one by one and saute them for 3-4 minutes.

Add 4 cup of water and soaked cornflour mix well without any lumps.

Boil it for 4-5 for minutes on medium heat. Put salt and black pepper mix well.

Switch off the flame and serve hot.
