Poha Uttapam
Steps

Firstly, in a large bowl soak ½ cup poha in enough water for 5 minutes.
drain off the water and blend to smooth paste. - 2
Transfer the poha paste to a large bowl.
add ½ cup rava, ½ cup water, ½ cup curd and ½ tsp salt.
mix well making sure everything is well combined. - 3
Rest for 20 minutes making sure the rava is soaked well.prepare the toppings by taking ½ onion, ½ carrot,2 tbsp coriander and ¼ tsp salt.

Mix well making sure everything is well combined.now pour the poha batter into small uttapam.

Top with a tbsp of prepared toppings and press gently.sprinkle chilli flakes and pour 1 tsp oil around the uttapam.
cover and cook for a minute or until the base is cooked well. - 6
Flip over and cook both sides.finally, enjoy poha uttapam with tomato sauce or coconut chutney.
