Ingredients

  • 500 gramsamla or gooseberries
  • as per tastesalt
  • as per tastered chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • as requiredoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the amla for 5 or 7 mins. when it gets cooled. Take a pan and add oil in it and add all spices and amla in it. Mix it well.

  2. 2

    Lower the gas and cook it for 3 or 4 mins. Now delicious amla pickle is ready.
