Ingredients

  • 4Boiled potato - medium sized
  • 1/2 cupBoiled matar
  • ½ cup + as requiredBread Crumbs
  • 1 tspRed chilli flakes
  • 1 tspChaat masala
  • 1 inch Ginger - grated
  • 4 tbspCoriander,leaves
  • 1/4 tspBlack Pepper powder
  • 2Green chilli - finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 2 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Grated boiled potato

  2. 2

    Add marar, green chilli, bread crumbs, salt, red chilli flakes, Chaat masala, ginger grated, black pepper powder, & coriander leaves

  3. 3

    Mix everything well

  4. 4

    Make Tikki

  5. 5

    Coat with bread crumbs

  6. 6

    Shallow fry tikki on low flame

  7. 7

    Get golden brown
