  • 250 gmjagery
  • 1 tbssoaf
  • 1 tbscardmom powder
  • 2carrot grated
  • 4 tbsghee
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 4 tbspeanut

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil add soaf,cardmom, peanut, and washed rice and water, carrot cover with lid

    Take a pan add1/4cup water add jaggery cook it melt

    When rice is 80/:cook add jaggery sirp mix it well
