Now first heat oil and fry baingan...both sides until it's done...now keep aside in other plate.

Now in same oil add all spices with lehson adrak ka paste bhoonofy achay se add little water if masala sticking on pan again bhoonofy...and keep aside.

Now take oil add sabit laal mirch zeera curry pata rayee fry it keep aside.

Now beat dahi add salt beat well don't add water or milk im it.

Now first in.serving dish layer with baingan add dahi masala then all spices masala again.baingan again dahi again masala then in end add tarka and eat with garma garam chapatis
