Mix curd, malai, 1/4tsp turmeric, 1/2tsp red chilli powder, 1/2tsp garam masala, 2fine chopped garlic & salt

Marinate chap in this mixture for 20 mnts

Dry roast cashews &soak in milk

Boil tomatoes with garlic, cardamom,cinnamon&ginger

When it is cool down grind in smooth paste

Add 1sp of butter crackle jeera fry chopped onions little gold with green chilli, add rest of spices cook 1mnt &add merinated dahi &malai mixture grind

Add butter in the pan crackle black pepper corn add merinated chap cook & cut with the help of spatula

Add onion mixture & cook 1mnt then add filtered tomato paste cook few mnts then add salt & water

Cook it 10 mnts

After mnts add cashews paste and cook 1mnt & serve with roti or Naan..
