Take a cooker add oil then add garlic saute add onion saute till golden brown add ginger and tomato puree saute add peas and chickenince mix and saute for 5 minutes then add water and cover with lid then 3 whistle.After cook add kasuri methi and coriander.

Take a mixing bowl add All purpose flour salt,sugar,baking powder,chilli,salt,kasuri methi,oil and curd mix then add milk and make a dough.Keep in side for 3 or 4 hours.

Take a dough ball roll in nan shape then apply water for one side and pour in hot tawa.

Then bubbles r come tawa flip and make a nan.

Then enjoy Chicken mince with Garlic tawa nan.
