In a kadhai add mustard oil and heat it.now add cumin seeds and coriander seeds.add ginger and saute well.

Now add green chilli and onions and cook for two minutes.

After that add potatoes and mix it.then add salt.

Now add red chilli powder and coriander leaves and mix well.serve hot with dal and khichadi.
