Chicken - Mushroom soup

A perfect winter delight to have it on a chilli evening.
Steps

Pressure cook the chicken pieces for a whistle. When the vapour goes off, shred the chicken pieces and keep the broth aside.

In a hot pan, add oil, sliced onions and garlic. Fry for some time.

Add the mushrooms. Stir well.

Now add the chicken pieces. Mix everything well.

Add the chicken broth. Give it a good boil.

Add salt and pepper as per taste.

Add the cornflour slurry and boil for sometime.

Add Fresh Basil leaves and garnish with coariander. Your hot bowl of chicken-mushroom soup is ready!
