Ingredients

  • 1 bowlGram flour
  • 2 bowlsclean, wash and chop fenugreek leaves
  • 1Green chilli
  • 2 "piece grated ginger
  • 6-8 clovesgarlic
  • To tastesalt
  • To tastered chilli powder
  • To tastegaram masala
  • To tastechaat masala
  • 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  • 1/2 tspcoriander seeds
  • as requiredCooking Oil for deep frying
  • as requiredwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix gram flour, all dry ingredients and grated ginger and garlic with green chilli in a mixing bowl and add water and mix well.

    Wash clean and chop fenugreek leaves.

    Add this fenugreek leaves in Gram flour mixture and mix well.

    Now heat oil in a karahi and put this mixture in karahi with the help of a spoon and fry till golden brown. Fry on medium flame.

  5. 5

    Flip the side and fry from other side also. Remove from oil and put on a plate.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with sauce or green chutney
