Steps

Take a blender to add tomato, garlic, ginger, coriander and green chilies. Blend it well and set aside

In a pan or tawa add oil once the oil heat enough add liver and cook for 2 minutes then take out into plate

In a same pan add 3 to 4 tbsp of oil and add blended spices. Cook until the oil oozes out

Add salt, crushed cumin seeds and coriander. Mix it up well then add fried liver and mix it altogether and cook for 2 to 3 minutes

After that, pour the lemon juice and mix it up. Garnish with ginger
- 6
Serve it
