Crispy Methi paratha

Take a bowl,add wheat flour,ajwain,salt oil,methi leaves and water.Knead them properly.Rest for 15 minutes.Make small balls and roll out with the help of rolling pin in triangular shape.

Raw paratha is ready to cook.Heat a tawa,put raw paratha over it,spread oil wait for a minute flip it.Put oil on this side.Keep flipping in between. till golden brown.on medium flame.

Hot crispy methi paratha is ready.
