First take a spinach wash twice then transfer a blender jar, green chilli, ginger now blend it make fine puree

In a mixing bowl take gram flour then add prepared puree,salt as par taste,some little water mix it well make smooth flowing consistency batter

Heat the steamer than take a steamer stand grease with some little oil

Now add fruit salt and lemon juice mix it properly

Now pour the batter in steamer stand and steam for 20 min on lower flame

Dhokla is ready when a poked toothpick or knife comes out clean

Then turn off the flame and let it cool down and remove the plates

In a cup add sugar and 3tbs water mix it properly keep it aside

Now heat the tadka pan with mustard oil then add mustard seeds crinkled it then add curry leaves and green chilli stir it few seconds then add sugar water stir it 40 seconds now turn off the flame

Now pour the tadka over cooked dhokla and top garnish with some roasted sesame seeds

Now cut in to your desired shape and serve it
