Steps

Boil the noodles as per the packet instructions.
Using the blender, make a smooth paste of garlic and red chilies along with little water and cooking oil. - 2
Heat in wok, add the sliced onion and stir-fry until translucent.
Add the sliced pepper and capsicum and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. - 3
Add chilli vinegar and stir-fry over high heat for a few seconds.
Now add the noodles along with soya sauce and saute along with the seasoning mix nicely. - 4
Turn off heat and garnish with spring onion and greens.
