Chilla is made with gram flour, but I have made it stuffed with stuffing of coriander, which is used in famous Maharashtrian Sambarvadi, so it's my fusion recipe!

Chilla is made with gram flour, but I have made it stuffed with stuffing of coriander, which is used in famous Maharashtrian Sambarvadi, so it's my fusion recipe!
Steps

First, make stuffing, saute grated dry coconut on slow flame till becomes light brown, saute sesame seeds, saute Poppy seeds, add all ingredients for stuffing and mix well stuffing is ready. For chillas take gram flour (Besan) add all ingredients for chillas, add water little by little to make batter, no lumps.

Now heat non stick tava grease oil and spread batter of chillas, apply oil from sides

Now with wet hand spread it neatly.

Now when batter dries turn it, apply oil and shallow fry it from the other side.

Now turn again place the stuffing on it.

Fold both the sides on stuffing press it little, fry till becomes crispy.

Now take it down and serve hot.
