Green chilli thecha
Steps

Wash and clean the green chillies. Cut into two halves lengthwise. Peel the garlic cloves.

Dry roast the chillies, garlic and cumin seeds on low flame for 1-2 minutes.

Don't Cook them.

Transfer in a plate to cool it down.

Now transfer the green chillies, garlic, cumin seeds, salt and coriander leaves in a chopper.

Coarsely crush them. Heat oil and pour it on the prepared the ha. Mix it well
