Steps

Heat oil and add onion. Add in green cardamom, cloves and whole black pepper.

Fry onion till pink and add meat, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste. Fry for 5 minutes.

Now add yogurt, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cook for further 5 minutes.

Add water to it and cook till the meat becomes tender.

Mix wheat flour in some water and add it to the gravy while mixing.

Add ground seeds of black cardamom and cook it for 10-15 minutes on low flame.

Before serving heat 1/2C oil in a pan and add black cumin seeds. Give this baghar to the ready kunna.

Garnish with fresh coriander and ginger slices. Serve with naan.
