  • 1/4 cupvinegar
  • 1 Tablespoonssugar
  • 2 Tablespoonssweet basil
  • Pinchground ginger
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cap fill of Olive Oil or plain
  • Pinchcayenne pepper

    Put the vinegar, sugar, sweet basil, ginger, salt, pepper, oil and cayenne pepper in a gravy jug...mix all around together. Put it in the fridge until you are ready to use it.
