Ingredients

  • 1 cupsoya chunks soaked into water
  • as neededoil for frying
  • to tastesalt
  • Pinchorange food colour
  • 1 tspcorn flour
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspginger-garlic paste

Steps

    In a bowl add soya chunks,cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, colour and all spices.mix them very well. heat oil for frying in the kadhai.when the oil is heated then add soya chunks in it and deep fry them till crispy. Serve hot.
