Take a bowl put flour, sugar mix water slowly mix with hand beater.

Batter should b smooth and of medium thickness.

Heat tawa or non stick pan, as u like.slow the flame put ghee.

The flame set on low to medium. Put batter on tawa and spread it with fingers round.

After few min:turn the side of chilla. At low flam(not very slow, near to medium flame.

If need add more ghee from sides.cook both sides, so both sides r semi crispy like paratha.

Also can cook without sugar. Just add pinch of salt instead of sugar. #refer to a friend uzma latif.
