Whenever I got time ... family demands special breakfast .. .so I always make these chana gravy ....it is actually a quick recipe for perfect breakfast ...no time consuming ...just boiled the chickpeas and make portions and freeze them ...then whenever you want to cook just take out and your gravy will be done in 15 to 20 minutes hardly .... let's check the recipe ....

Mix all the dry masala ingredients in 2 cups of water except Cumin powder and garam masala powder... keep aside

In a wok add in oil and garlic...fry until brown...then add masalas mixture which we mixed in water

Bring to boil and add Chickpeas, potatoes, tomatoes paste or puree....leave on steam cooking... until thickened the gravy and potatoes Will be tender....

Now add Cumin powder, garam masala powder, sliced green chillies...cook for few seconds and turn off the heat....

Now sprinkle the fresh coriander.....yummm and quick chana gravy is ready to serve with parathas...nan and puries....
