Cut the palak and then wash properly. Cut potatoes into small pieces. Next take a pan heat oil and then fry sliced onion till golden brown,then take out fried onion then put cut potatoes into oil n fry for 2min then take it out and next add palak,chillies and cover the lid for 5min then add fried onion fried potatoes and salt cook for more 10min then dry the left water.nxt sprinkle chopped coriander over it.
