Ingredients

  • 4 cupsflour
  • 1/2 bottlegroundnut oil for frying
  • 1/2 tinor cup groundnut oil for mixing
  • 2large eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoonbaking powder
  • 1 cupwater or as required
  • 2 cupssugar plus 3cups more for glazing
  • 1medium lemon juice
  • Glazing section
  • 3 cupssugar
  • 1small lemon
  • 1/2 cupwarm water

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift flour in a big bowl and pour 1/2 cup groundnut oil and mix well add baking powder and mix again till we'll combined add up eggs and gradually add water mix well until well combined into a smooth dough cover it and let rest for 30mnts.

    Knead d dough again and cut it is to small sizes like wen mixing chinchin dust wit flour and begin to spread using a pasta making machine to flatten it and cut in to shapes

  3. 3

    Deep fry it!

    Now for glazing put water and sugar ina clan large pot and allow to cook wen its sticky add ur lemon juice and stir and allow for 5 more minutes den turn off the gas stove

  5. 5

    Finally glaze each fried dublan wit that cooked sugar and sprinkle ur dried sesame seeds on each

    You can use Honey if you don't like sugar enjoy😋❤
